Shipping policy

Shipping is based on weight and destination, we ship worldwide. We do not offer Free shipping due to the weight and sizes of many items. We strive to have the most accurate weights so the shipping choices give you the best advantage using our commercial shipping rates with the United States Postal Service, FedEx and FedEx Express Save. 

Regular orders are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days, or on the next scheduled delivery date.

If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance within 48 hours of your delivery date to notify of any damaged or missing items.

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict. We do not generally handle backorders, items that are out of stock will be cancelled unless prior arrangements have been made.

Many of our products and items are sold in full case packs as well as eaches.
